These terms are the agreement between you and PullBinder when you use the site and app. Short version: track your cards, trade honestly, and understand that valuations are estimates and trades are between collectors.

What PullBinder is

PullBinder is a collection and portfolio tool for trading cards: you catalogue what you own, we estimate what it's worth using market data, and you can share your binder or arrange swaps with other collectors. By creating an account you accept these terms; if you don't accept them, don't use the service.

Valuations are estimates, not promises

Every value on PullBinder is an estimate drawn from market data, refreshed on a schedule, and capable of being wrong. Values are not appraisals, offers to buy, guarantees of sale price, or investment advice. Never make a financial decision on a PullBinder number alone.

Not financial advice

Everything PullBinder shows about a card — the estimate, the price history, the 30-day trend, the spread, any number that moves — is market information, not a recommendation. We are not a broker, dealer, or financial adviser, and using PullBinder creates no such relationship. Trading cards are speculative: prices fall as easily as they rise, and past movement predicts nothing. Do your own research, and for anything that actually matters to your finances, talk to a qualified professional before you act.

Swaps are between collectors

PullBinder gives two collectors a place to stack cards side by side, chat, share photos, confirm a deal, and review each other afterward. That is all it does. Specifically:

• PullBinder never holds money, cards, or shipping obligations. The trade itself — packaging, shipping, insurance, and follow-through — happens entirely between you and the other collector.
• A confirmed swap is a timestamped mutual record, not a contract we enforce. We can't make the other side ship, and we don't arbitrate disputes.
• You are responsible for verifying condition before you deal. Ask for photos; that's what the chat is for.

Real cards only

PullBinder is for genuine cards. Don't catalogue, share, or swap counterfeits, reproductions, proxies, or custom or fan-made cards passed off as the real thing, and don't misrepresent what a card is or what condition it's in. We build this into the product — our pricing deliberately ignores proxy and custom listings — and we may remove content or suspend accounts that deal in fakes. If you wouldn't stand behind a card to the collector on the other side of the swap, it doesn't belong here.

Your account and @handle

Keep your account information accurate and your credentials to yourself. Handles are first-come, first-served, but must not impersonate someone else, contain offensive language, or squat a name in bad faith — we may reclaim or reassign handles that do. You must be at least 13 to use PullBinder, and if you're under 18 you may only use it with a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms for you and is responsible for what you do here.

Your content

The photos, messages, bios, and reviews you post remain yours. You grant PullBinder the license needed to store and display them to the people you direct them at (your swap partner, your profile visitors). Don't post content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, or deceptive — we may remove content and suspend accounts that do, and reviews must reflect real, completed swaps honestly.

How to treat other collectors

Swaps, chat, reviews, and profiles put you in front of real people, so behave like it: no harassment, threats, hate speech, scams, or obscene content, and no using the review system to lie about a deal that did or didn't happen. Keep swap conversations inside PullBinder, where there's a record if something goes wrong. Accounts that don't follow this can lose content or access.

Fair use of the service

Don't scrape the site, resell our data, probe our infrastructure, abuse rate limits, or use PullBinder to defraud other collectors.

Trademarks & attribution

PullBinder is an independent collection and price-tracking service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by any trading card game publisher, marketplace, or grading company. Card names, set names, logos, and card images are the trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners, and we use them solely to identify the cards you track. In particular: Pokémon is © Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK Inc.; Magic: The Gathering is © Wizards of the Coast LLC; Yu-Gi-Oh! is © Konami Digital Entertainment; One Piece Card Game is © Bandai, Shueisha, and Toei Animation; and Disney Lorcana is © Disney and Ravensburger. Grading company names and grades — including PSA, BGS / Beckett, CGC, SGC, TAG, and ACE — are the property of those companies, none of which are affiliated with PullBinder.

Values & market data

The values PullBinder shows are estimates built from live asks and recent sales — offer-based figures, not confirmed sale prices, appraisals, guarantees of value, or investment advice. Prices come from licensed market data and are refreshed regularly, and each carries the timestamp of the data behind it. Any decision you make — buying, selling, grading, or trading — is your own; see the "as is" and liability terms below.

The service is provided as-is

PullBinder is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PullBinder and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including losses from trades between collectors, decisions made on our valuations, or downtime. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently: nothing, as the service is free).

Ending things

You can stop using PullBinder and delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy for how). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature survive termination — content licenses for completed swap records, disclaimers, limitation of liability — survive it.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we'll post notice on the site before the change takes effect, and the effective date above will move. Continuing to use PullBinder after that means you accept the new version.

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where PullBinder's operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute you can't settle with us directly must be brought in the state or federal courts located there, and you agree to that venue. To the extent the law allows, both sides give up the right to a jury trial and agree to bring claims only individually — not as a class action or on anyone else's behalf.
